A Joint venture is a collaborative effort between 2 parties with  a unified vision. This venture is mutually beneficial and is a win-win situation for all parties involved. The reason Joint Ventures are powerful is you can leverage other people’s networks, ideas & resources at a reduced cost,  no cost or for profit.  Essentially, the exchange of value occurs   in lieu of the exchange of money. A perfect example is the strategic alliance between Starbucks and Barnes & Nobles. Starbucks leverages Barnes and Nobles network of customers.   In turn, Barnes & Nobles states, “Our relationship with Starbucks is a key reason why Barnes & Noble is such a popular coffee house destination across the U.S. And more importantly, an integral part of the Barnes & Noble experience that keeps our customers coming back again and again.” The partnership is a win-win situation.

Joint ventures are powerful. Now, more than ever, there is a need to come together as a global community & support one another. Your network, your resources and ideas are an asset to others. Ask yourself, how can you provide value to others, how can you make yourself more attractive to others, how your resources can help others achieve their goals.

The economy is what it is. As a result, people are buying differently. Improving your skill sets and integrating the Joint Venture strategy to your business model is imperative in today’s progressively changing world.

We are all part of mother nature. Like plants, if we are not growing, we are  dying.  Did you know  when you are feeling uncomfortable, this is the period  of massive growth? Change is not always easy. In fact, it can be downright uncomfortable.  Naturally, as    humans we are uncomfortable with change, our mind serves as a protective mechanism to shield us from any danger. On the  flip side creating  a vision bigger than your self  serves as the fuel to propel you forward. And you will inevitably be  pulled by your dreams and not pushed by your fears.
